Jaxon Coleman and Gavin Joel

I spent two days in Hendersonville which was awesome. I was able to get away from Louisville for a couple days and see family that I hadn't seen since I was pregnant.

The twins are adorable and going home TODAY!!! Austin (my 14-year old nephew) went to his freshman orientation today. It's CRAZY that he is starting high school!!! Graciee (4 1/2 year old niece) starts kindergarten next week. She is keeping Nanny company while Tommy helps Tiffany pack up and come home. Sunniee (7 1/2 year old niece) has been at church camp this week and has missed everything. Tiffany was able to talk to one of the counselors there to tell them that the babies were born. Sunniee is going to be so excited to finally meet her little brothers! So, adding Jaxon and Gavin won't add too much more craziness, right?! =)

Brandon and I ended our trip by eating lunch with Nanny and Graciee at Dos Margaritas in Hendersonville. Brandon loved it, can't you tell?! =)

One Month Photos

Friday, July 10th, was Brandon's one month birthday. We asked our good friends, Cody and Cassie Chaplin, to take a few good pictures of him. They don't have their own photography business but they should! =) They did a great job!! Here are some of the pictures that were taken.

Thanks, Cody and Cassie to take time out of your day to take these pictures for us! You did a great job! Love y'all.

One Month

Yesterday was Brandon's one month birthday! We celebrated by going to the doctor for his check-up. When he was born he weighed 8 lbs 7 oz and was 19 3/4 inches long. Yesterday he weighed in at 10 lbs 2.5 oz and 22 inches long. He is at the 50th percentile in weight and 75th percentile in length. Our pediatrician was said he is perfectly healthy and everything looked great!

Brandon and I are still adjusting to feeding times, sleeping patterns and everything else that comes with living with a newborn but our first month has been a success. The night before last he woke up every two hours which made for a long night, but last night he slept from 10:30-6:00 and only woke up once. I feel like a new woman today! =)

Our good friends, Cassie and Cody, are taking pictures for us tomorrow afternoon so I will post those as soon as we get them.

Brandon hanging out with the Ladies

I try to get out atleast once a week to hang out with the girls. I love being home with Brandon but sometimes we just need to get out and socialize. So, yesterday was our "date" with the girls. We met Beth, Cassie, Sally and baby Laine at Panera for lunch yesterday. Beth's friend, Mary Evelyn, was in town from Mississippi so she and her two year old daughter were there with us. We ate outside and had a great time catching up.

Brandon will be one month old tomorrow...I can't believe it! He has a doctor's appointment in the morning. I am anxious to see how much he has grown since his appointment two weeks ago. I am sure he has gained atleast a pound. He is a growing boy!
